- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or advertising
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, PR, and event planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management and task prioritization skills
- Strong strategic mindset for industry research, solving conflicts and stakeholder negotiations
- Proficiency in Google Suite and marketing analytics tools
- A passion for project success by bringing together people, ideas and expertise towards a common goal
- Willingness to learn new trends and adapt or pivot for overall process improvement
- Able to work on a hybrid setup
