The Blue Leaf and Our Awesome Planet made culinary history last July 27, by staging a never-before-seen collaboration between 11 of the country’s top chefs and caterers. Imagine the aroma of fresh rosemary and other herbs roasted inside juicy lechon. Imagine the sight of a chic dining table beneath palm fronds and bright pink plastic flamingos. Imagine the taste of foie gras gently melting onto your tongue or the familiar taste of balut with a Japanese favor, taking on a totally new texture and shape. What began as a revolutionary concept was now a bold and memorable experience and a unique first in the culinary world.

Impactful experiences stay with people and get people talking.
